During a life-changing four-year journey through Egypt, Europe, Hawaii and across the United States, Pana experienced a series of mystical events that made her completely re-evaluate what it means to be human. This spiritual awakening helped Pana identify four archetypal stages of transformation; stages that can help us manifest our soul's true purpose. Pana has worked with these core principles of change and growth to assist individuals and communities across the country and around the world to become more conscious, vivified and joyous. Through her ritual theatre productions, workshops and talks, Pana works for the evolution of the planet. She is the co-founder of Seven Generations Charter School in Emmaus, Pennsylvania, an environmentally-based school that currently enrolls 300 students. She wrote, directed, and produced the award-winning production The New Earth, performed at the Zoellner Arts Center, was the head writer and producer of Gilgamesh, wrote and directed the standing-room only production of The Water Ceremony, performed at Muhlenberg College, and wrote, performed and directed The Initiation at the Crestone Mountain Zen Center. She has also written the book, lyrics and directed 8 musicals for children, most recently a hip hop operetta called Tales of Tenacity. Her memoir, She Wore Blue Invoking the Water, will be available soon.

Joan Herrmann - Talk Show Host of "Change Your Attitude - Change Your Life"

Joan is the host and executive producer of the radio show, Change Your Attitude…Change Your Life, and the publisher and editor of the digital magazine, Change Your Attitude…Change Your Life: 24/seven. Joan has been featured in print and broadcast media, and was a recent guest on Hay House Radio. Joan began her career in corporate communications working for a Fortune 500 company. She moved into publishing as the editor of a monthly trade magazine and quickly rose from editor to executive editor. Joan left the corporate world to freelance as a communications consultant. Over the years, like so many women, she focused on her family and lost sense of her identity. After much soul searching, she had what she refers to as a “rebirth” at the young age of 46! During the period of self-discovery, Joan came to understand that we are impacted by all aspects of life, and she set out to provide information that connects the dots between mind, body, soul and spirit. It is her goal to educate, inspire, motivate and empower others. In 2009, Joan created the Change Your Attitude…Change Your Life radio show; she launched the accompanying magazine in November 2010. Joan’s guest and magazine contributors list reads like a who’s who of the most influential and inspirational people in the world. Joan is a motivational speaker who offers hope with her message about the power of positive thoughts and intentions. She is a student of her work and believes that the greatest teacher needs to learn the lessons the most.
